how do i remove my processor, and the mounting bracket

i cant figure out haw to work this mounting bracket on my heatsink it is made by AVC any help would be appriciated.

Make darn sure its rated for your cpu plus the type required for the type of mtrbd. If you can show a link to review a picture of it would help us to help you. You really aren't getting much info to proceed.
