How Do I Remove Malware Virus and trojan In Windows 7..?

Some of today operatisng system windows 7 on my pc virus infected a type of malware and trojans and the condition is very disturbing my work because almost every one minute one appeared sites idak well so I beg help and also your answer to the solution what should I do with my pc it. Thank you for your help all

Installed Microsoft Security Essential very light software and suitable for Windows 7

First of all go to

Programs and Features in control panel and sort by date. Look for things that you know you didn't install and around and after the date you first noticed the attack.

Also go here to Malwarebytes page and download the free trial. You get 14 days of the professional version that will do real prevention but once it's installed do a scan. After 14 days some of the features go away if you don't upgrade by purchasing the Professional version. But you can still do scans after the 14 days.
