How do I remove a print job from the que

I've got a print job stuck in que and cannot remove
it by using "delete print" in the printer function.

I've tried most success to date.

Any recommendations???

Print Job stuck in que

I tried everything outlined when following the link to M/S support, including running the command function.
No success. I'm running Vista and I noticed that the link referrred to XP?

I read somewhere that removing the printer and then re-installing will take care of this.
Has anyone tried this?
