How do I reduce my font size dpi from 192 (cannot see apply box) back 120?

Printer, screen resolution, pictures? Also, your operating system is what?

Two things to try:
1. See if your graphic card supports turning image 90 degrees to the left. Then it might become visible again.
2. Find another PC where you can see it and note how many tabs you have to do to arrive on the apply button and press enter. Then repeat that on your PC.

I suspect you mean Screen Resolution

in Windows,
Right Click on the desktop
Choose Properties
Choose Settings tab
Move the Screen Resolution slider a little to the right. Toward the word "More"

Click Apply and then close the window.
