How do I output video from my RX590 (GC) conct to my optilex

So I have almost all the parts for my new pc build. Just waiting on the case, M.2 and a few other things.

So in the meantime, since I cant really just shoebox rig my build together (my motherboard for the build doesn't have a power button on itself.) I've connected my RX590 to my optilex 9020.

It’s the thin type optilex you’d see in an office building or school computer lab so it wouldn't for the life of itself power my GC. (obv) So I have my power supply plugged in, and a PCIe extension on my GC.

The only issue now is getting the video from the GC and not the integrated graphics.

How would I do this?
