How do I move personal iphone videos from xbox video?

I have a sony camcorder with Play Memories Home. When I try to download videos from my iphone, playmemories pops up, and tries to help with the download. However, when I download the content, all my pictures download, and only some videos download, but it says that all content has downloaded. When I searched for the lost videos, I found them on xbox video, but cannot find them anywhere else on the computer. I also cannot figure out how to get them from xbox video to where I store the rest of my videos. Help?

When I download from the iPhone I use iTunes.

I can't guess what happens when we use other apps but certainly is not a Windows 8 issue but a Sony one. Ask Sony for how to fix or work around.
