Question

How do I make Windows 7 to start?

Aug 1, 2016 4:03PM PDT

I have been running W 7 for 6 years. My C;/ drive on which the OS is located is close to full. Started machine this morning, nothing. Attempted running from recovery disc. Nothing. How do I get into the OS? Have tried booting from CD drive, f9 recovery all to no avail.
Can someone assist please?
