That depends both on the video and audio outputs your PC has and on the video and audio inputs your TV has. If those match you just have to buy the right cable. If they don't match it miight be possible to use a converter.

Connect a compatible video output to the TV's compatible input and then select that as the source on the TV.

that depends on what kind of system do you use right now, if you use a WIN7, then you can use he home set-up to link with your TV, just follow the step the system tell you, it very easy
