How do I know my drive is advanced format 4K native or 512e

How do I know my drive is advanced format 4K native or 512e emulated drive as I am on Windows ?
maybe use cpu-z.exe or other better tool ?

Which drive?

I heard someone ask this about SSD and those SSHD drives and for those you can't know because the actual disk configuration is behind a computer interface. The controller on the drive removed the problem of "what format is it?"

I wish you had supplied the make, model of the HDD, SSD or SSHD but got ahead and read if the alignment is 4K at http://www.ccboot.com/how-to-check-whether-the-hdd-is-4k-aligned.htm
