Question

How do I go directly to desktop without a password on startu

Jan 17, 2014 9:50PM PST

Just got an HP with windows 8. It forces me to go to a login page enter a password then goes to a start page. This is used in a private home with a couple of users and no access for anyone else.
Is there a way to start the computer and have it go directly to the desktop screen?

If like earlier windows, go into the Accounts and Users area, find your account, and turn off need for password on startup.
