I know a free tool like doubleTwist can easily help with that. Many third-party programs are available to help transfer iTunes media to Android, but I consider doubleTiwst as my first choice because it is simple operated. Just make sure you have installed both it on your computer and your samsung mobile phone beforehand. One condition I have to mention is that not iTunes media files can be transferred by doubleTwist, iTunes purchased movies can't because of certain kind of protection. It needs to be stripped off by DRM removal tool like ChewTune and then transfer with the help of doubleTwist.
Both the iSyncr and DoubleTwist are fantastic and popular apps to sync iTunes with your Android.
Doubletwist is nice with an elegant and iTunes-like UI. Unfortunately, it takes a tremendous time to sync (both with iTunes itself and then with the phone). From reading the forums, it seems that there is likely some syncing error that is causing the problem and that the DT team is working on reducing such errors. However, until that time, DT is a suboptimal solution.
iSyncr definitely gets the job done. It's not nearly as clean or elegant (you end up running an executable from your mounted Android device), but can identify and update specific playlists quickly. The biggest complaint I have for iSyncr is that it does not remember which playlists you have synced...
But for DRM-protected content, both are not eligible for transfer or playback, but that's expected from a non-official solution.
