How do i get files on to another computer using a network?

I just got a computer in my room and im sharing the internet that was in my parents room with my new computer...both of the computers are windows 98 se and both have a pentium 2 procceser. The networking system i bought was the Linksys Wireless sytem. I hooked up the Wireless-B Broadband Router in my parents room and hooked up the Wireless-B USB Network Adapter to my computer...i got the internet to work on my computer but i dont know how to get or share the files that are on my parents computer to mine. can anyone please help me? thanks

Hopefully, the link below should be able to walk you through it. Make sure that "Microsoft File and Printer Sharing" is installed and enabled on both computers. Look in the Control Panel/Network icon.
