It looks like your caps lock key is stuck too. And maybe there is a typo in your post.
The old method is to use the MANUAL EJECT feature of most drives. Example at: http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/t1127258657

Unbend a paper clip and insert it into the tiny hole
usually found next to the eject button. Press straight in and the drawer should pop out.

THERE IS NO EJECT BUTTON ON MY DELL XPSM1530 IT HAS NOT GOT A DRAWER AND I CANNOT FIND THE SMALL HOLE . MY COMPUTER HAS ONE AS MY GRANDSON TOLD ME ABOUT THAT WHEN I HAD PRBLEMS WITH MY PC THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP THOUGH
Then that's the end of that drive. Have someone change the drive out.
I've seen drives with the tiny hole on the back of the drive. Try that before trashing the drive.
Go to my computer , right click on your DVD drive icon and scroll down to eject. ?
I have that problem with my newer Dell- & what Eddie recommends works for me.
Right click on correct icon to eject. That brings me to wonder why there are at least 2 of us that have this problem w/ our new style DVD player. Hmmmm.......
If your OS can run Gadgets (or Widgets) you may be able to find one that will eject discs, I use Power Eject, downloaded from Microsoft's Gadget website.
It takes up little space on your desktop and offers several useful features. I find it much easier than using "Braille" to find that almost-flush button on my laptop!

Apparently the dis hadn't set properly in the drive so it not being recognized. Try these 3 things
1 The first thing you should try is to reboot the laptop, holding down the trackpad as it boots. That sends a hardware-level "eject" signal to the drive. If the drive can still eject the disc, it will?. If not, then your drive is probably shot
2 hold the laptop/notebook upside-down optical drive pointing down while ejecting a recalcitrant disc, the added help of gravity getting the disc to come out.
3 Proceed at your own risk on this one immediately after rebooting, very carefully insert a credit card) into the optical slot over the top of the CD (feel it spinning against the card). give an ever so gentle slight downward press/wiggle to the card, which will succeed in reseating the CD in the drive opening up the port and releasing the CD
Try going into Event Viewer right after you try to eject the disc using the button on the drive. The Event Viewer should give you an error message that will indicate what problem the disc drive is having. To get to Event Viewer(providing you have Windows 7) you click Control Panel>System>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer>scroll down to and click Applications and Service logs tab at left-hand side>then click Hardware Events. If something is wrong with the disc drive that's keeping it from ejecting, then you should be able to see an error message indicating what the problem is. The problem might be with the controller cable. But when you do go into Event Viewer, do it AFTER you try ejecting the disc first, otherwise the Event Viewer will not record the event.
