How do I get 5.1 surround on xbox without Optical out on TV?

I have a bush 37'' full HDTV 1080.
I have a samsung surround sound home theatre.
I also have an xbox.

I have my xbox - HDMI - Television.
I have my Surround sound , RGA - Headphone socket on television.

My television DOES NOT have OPTICAL port but the home theatre HAS OPTICAL port.

Is there any way I can get 5.1 surround with this setup?
Is there an adapter for an optical cable? I have one.
I have my xbox set to Dolby Digital but I dont think it is 5.1.

My television has 4 HDMI sockets, My HT has one HDMI OUT
Many thanks !

Clarification Request
Make and model numbers of all equipment please

In order to help properly and accurately, we need the makes/model numbers to know precisely what options you have in case you missed anything.

Sorry i thought I was clear enough .

I didnt know the exact model was needed as I purposely added a detailed description, however the home cinema is Samsung HT-D350 and I cannot find the television model but have a link here to a review of the exact one.

So can you answer my question now?

Try connecting it all this way

1) Xbox (HDMI out) --> (HDMI in) Samsung

2) Samsung (HDMI out) --> (HDMI in) HDTV

Your HDTV seems to lack any sort of audio output connections(?) In that case, you would not be using the Samsung surround system for plain OTA TV viewing (freeview?).

If the above doesn't work, instead of 1), try running the HDMI from the Xbox to the HDTV, then run a digital optical to the Samsung from the Xbox, going into the audio settings on the Xbox and specifying as such.

Let me know if you have any questions during the process.

Thanks alot , makes perfect sense. The only problem is I have one hdmi port on the home theatre system and no digital port on the television!
