Either sift through the prior answers, have someone fix it for you or stop Yahoo'ing.

From the message you mentioned that you got after logging into your Yahoo account, I could tell this is a message requesting you to update your account security settings. After the major Yahoo hack was revealed in 2016, all Yahoo account holders were asked to changer their password and add some security-related information. I would suggest doing an update to your account settings for security. This should make a difference and eliminate the message indicating, your settings are out of date.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
