Either sift through the prior answers, have someone fix it for you or stop Yahoo'ing.

You can fix internet problem by following solutions:
1: Check your internet service provider and find the problem
2: Report the problem to ISP customer care center.
3: If Problem persists change your product.

From the message you mentioned that you got after logging into your Yahoo account, I could tell this is a message requesting you to update your account security settings. After the major Yahoo hack was revealed in 2016, all Yahoo account holders were asked to changer their password and add some security-related information. I would suggest doing an update to your account settings for security. This should make a difference and eliminate the message indicating, your settings are out of date.
