How do I fix shockwave player using foxfire

I have tried fixing shockwave by removing and reinstalling however, it does not fix the problem.

I think you should make it a warranty matter. If the machine's maker won't help, get a refund.

- Do you mean Shockwave or Shockwave Flash? Those are different programs.

Sorry. When I am playing a game, a window comes with Shockwave Flash may be busy and the game freezes. Sometimes the freeze lasts awhile, and sometimes not too long. Thanks.

Try to enable or disable hardware accelleration. Which of the two settings works best?
Googel DISABLE FLASH ACCELLERATION to find the how-to you like most.
