I think you should make it a warranty matter. If the machine's maker won't help, get a refund.

I have tried fixing shockwave by removing and reinstalling however, it does not fix the problem.

- Do you mean Shockwave or Shockwave Flash? Those are different programs.
- What problem? You forgot to tell.

Sorry. When I am playing a game, a window comes with Shockwave Flash may be busy and the game freezes. Sometimes the freeze lasts awhile, and sometimes not too long. Thanks.
