How do I fix "A required privilege is not held by client " Error ? I recently started getting this "A required privilege is not held by client "error every time I download anything and try to open and run it. Can anyone please help me fix this glitch in windows 8.1. Thank You.

Not as administrator? Tried running the program with administrator privileges? That's the sort of message my youngest gets when she attempts to install a program in her "limited" account.
