How do I find the version number of my outlook express?

also: is OE part of a package? I know it came with my PC (DELL XP Home)but I can't find out anything about it

(NT) Vers #, same as any other APP. And yes...part of the OS.

Open OE, Select "Help", Then Choose "About MS OE"

As mentioned above, Outlook Express is installed along with Internet Explorer.
