General discussion

how do I find my BJC-240

Feb 20, 2004 7:34AM PST

Hi KB,

1} I formatted the drive "C" because several programs stop working.

2} I did look into "BIOS" but saw no errors.
3} I `ve tried printing directly to the printer.
4} I "booted in "MS DOS", and 1 files was copied; don`t
know what this means? And checked my "text files."
Found no errors.

5} I checked the "Device Manager," but no connections.
6} check MotherBoard driver; not sure about this.
7} I tried printing selt-test, got same error.
8} I tried to troubleshoot with the "HELP" commands with nothing changing?
9} The printer was working fine before the format.
10} I don`t have another Computer to test with; I don`t
have another printer to test to; My Online, Cables, and
everything else seems to be in place!

PS. If you can think of anything else, Please post it.
