Question

how do I eliminate annoying popup message "cannot get mail"?

Aug 16, 2014 11:11PM PDT

iPhone 5s, iOS7.1.2, when I open mail the "cannot get mail The connection to the server failed" message continues to popup. Several attempts tapping "OK" before I can access mail.

Its annoying. What can I do to eliminate the message?

I feel like that safety net on high wire acts at times.

Glad it helped but that message is hard coded into the app. Hence by statements. Anyhow, glad you worked it out.
