Since your emails are stored on a server they are downloaded to your machine if you have a pop3 account and you can delete those from within you email client. If you have IMAPI email the email is on your email server and you just view it and it's never downloaded to you machine. Psswords are stored on wahatever you login to. Even you Microsoft PW is stored on MS's server and all you havr to do is change it.
