How do I delete "trusted installer" apps?

After I installed W7, I was surprised to find some sort of musical app; just great numbers of 2 or 3 note musical sounds on my Windows Media player. When I attempted to delete I got a pop up stating I could only delete by getting specific permission from "trusted installer". After many hours searching through data, I have got rid of most of the tones but not their base. ?????
