1.) Deleting usually implies manually removing files; it's recommended that you uninstall the software via the Windows Control Panel.
2.) When Windows Explorer stops working, it's usually the result of a Windows glitch, malfunctioning third-party software that's integrated into Windows Explorer (something TechTracker doesn't do), or a performance issue. Although possible, I doubt that TechTracker is the source of that issue; I'd troubleshoot that issue first.
3.) TechTracker doesn't report errors; it reports software that appears to be out-of-date. Since most manufacturers pre-install third-party software on their computers, it's not uncommon to find more than just Windows out of date when you unbox your new computer.

Since i dont really need any scan for my new PC, i guess i want to delete it now. but everytime I tried to delete it, it just poped out" Windows Explorer has stopped working" then i cant even delete this ****. and i tried almost every delete methods. I think the only method i havent try is reinstall the PC. so Good job on promote ur product.i guess this is y ppl dont like getting free staff from the internet, it just keep bugging u until u buy it. And btw my PC doesnt have that much errors to fix like u said, i havent install anything yet.Scareware.
