how do I channel surf favorites on a un39eh5003 tv?

I can designate certain channels as favorites but there seems to be no way to take advantage of these for easy surfing. This is a new Samsung model un39eh5003fxza led tv.

Hi billboy56,

You can do that by switching the channel mode: Menu > Channel > Channel Mode > Favorites. Basically, using the channel change will only switch among favorites that way.

That works but not really convenient. How about a "favorites" button on the remote or allocate one of the colored buttons for that task. Those buttons don't seem to have much use otherwise.
