...if you're viewing videos using Flash Player, then you'll need to download special software or use specific scripting to do it on the machine. (For example, do a Google search for "Flash Player equalizer".)
Other than that, most media players have their own equalizer settings panel.
Preferably though, I chose to purchase a set of speakers, including a small subwoofer, which allows the user to set basic high and low frequency using the speaker's control knobs.

It's kinda self explanatory, but I need to figure out how to change the EQ....there is wayyy too much treble, not enough bass, sounds tinny, actually. I need to mess around with the EQ to find the right level for me. BUT I can't find an EQ anywhere but in Media Player. Obviously, when I'm watching online videos, I'm not using Media Player, so help would be great I'm running XP, SP3. Thanks for helping me.
