How do I change "registered to:" in MS Office Mac?

When Office applications open on my Mac OS x there is a mis-spelling. I'd like to correct this. I know that in Windows you can simply edit the registry to correct the registered owner. How would I accomplish this on my Mac?

I was able to do this was to trash the registration file from the MS User Data file in User/Documents/MS User Data and restart Office. It then asked for all the registration details again, including the registration numbers or CD Keys.

I was never able to change the registration details for Office on a PC. Even uninstalling the program and installing from a different CD did not force the app to ask for any new details, including CD keys. I could not find my details anywhere in the registry.
