The problem is you are asking the printer to faithfully print what it sees on the web page, and there is no way you can change particular elements of the web page yourself.
Do you have a need to print the whole web page, or can you just get away with printing the text? If you can, then you can highlight all the text, copy it, (right click > Copy), then open your Word Processor and Paste that into a new document.
I don't see there is any other way to do it.
What happens if...
What happens if, with the web page displaying, you press, (and hold down), the CTRL key, then press the + (plus) key on the number pad? That should enlarge the whole web page.
But then, what happens if you print that? Does it work or does the formatting not work correctly?

When I print from e-bay or some site that someone has used very small print in order to squeeze more words in less space, I can bearly read the print. If I enlarge it on printer page setup it runs off the edge of the page. Is there a way to increase the print size and change the sentence length to make a longer paragraph or expand the box its written in.
