Resolved Question

How do I change my windows theme to the default again?

Dec 14, 2011 10:11AM PST

I just reinstalled my OS, (Windows 98SE), and when I first started using the computer, my windows were not solid blue, but they went from dark to light (default view). Now, it seemed to have changed itself to a solid dark blue color. All I have done is changed the screensaver and the time until the monitor goes off, nothing else. I like the look of the lighter blue color better. How do I get it back? The current theme says 'Windows Standard' in the display settings section. If you know how to revert back to regular settings, that would be great. Thank you!

Your best bet is to experiment with the themes you have in display settings. Chances are when you first got your computer it was setup by the hardware manufacturer.
