How do I change download manager?

by hustvedt / January 7, 2006 6:19 AM PST

Several years ago I changed from Netscape to Internet Explorer on my Celeron ME system but have continued using the Netscape Smart Download. I would like to get rid of Netscape entirely so how do I now set up a similar download default on Explorer?

Thanks for the excellent advice. I did as you suggested and IE took over the download task!
