Go into your BIOS Setup Utility (F10 on most computers) under the Security Tab. Here you can clear all passwords then go into the Exit tab and click OK to save configuration changes. If no one else uses your computer, you do not need to create one. You are The Administrator of your own computer. All you need is a strong password for you to log on into your computer. Once you're in you can open programs and "Run as administrator" w/out the password. If you have a specific program you do not want anyone to open, then you can create a password for that program. Hope this helps.
