How do i bypass Explore edge and get IE 11 back

The problem i'm having with explore edge is it will not let me download any other browser. it will not let me download Yahoo messenger 11 or the weather channel app How can i me it sop i can bypass Edge i don't like it at all. so need to know what i can do to get around explore edge to load what i want on Win 10 it blocks everything say erro prohibied

You're luck. IE 11 still is present in Windows 10. Windows 10 comes with 2 browsers, IE 11 and Edge. You can use the one or the other or both.

Just run it. tells how, if you can't find iexplore.exe yourself.

I don't think Edge says "erro prohibied", That's too bad English.
And I even think that with practically everybody Edge lets you do everything you want. So my guess is that something is wrong with your PC. Could it be malware? Then maybe IE 11 doesn't work either.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
