How do I block my site from being viewed?

Feb 18, 2016 6:28AM PST

I saw a site being blocked from viewing while the URL is still valid (namely, still searchable via google search).

How can I do this?
PLEASE tell if you have a clue, thank you.

You can restrict the people by accessing your site by country or by IP addresses. For the full technical knowledge you need to google How to block accessing a site by Country or IP addresses.
