How do i become Samsung authorized reseller and care center?

I am trying to find information on how do i become an authorized samsung reseller and service center.

I have tried looking up on their website for last 4 hours and even call customer service but no one seems to know. I googled it too and was not able to find specific details.

Ever go to the trade shows?

I find them and others at CES and others. 4 hours seems like a small amount of time to invest. Way back when (1980's) we spent months getting certified and more.
