Question

How do I access my entire contacts list via To, Cc, & Bcc?

Oct 23, 2012 5:01PM PDT

I'm using Gmail via Safari (same thing happens via Firefox).
Mac OS X 10.6.8
Symantec 1.5.1(1)

In Gmail, I hit Compose. Then I hit Bcc (same thing happens in To & Cc.). Only part (A - Karen) of my contacts list appears. I cannot access beyond caring using either To, Cc, or Bcc.

Someone suggested this might have to do with Google trying to force me to use Google Groups, of which I know nothing. Best I can tell, I have at some point activated the "new" version of Google Groups...the "old" version said to be going away imminently.

I just want my entire contacts list to be available via To, Cc, & Bcc. How do I do that?

BTW, that should be, "I cannot access beyond "Karen" using either To, Cc, or Bcc."

Are you sure there are entries beyond Karen in your contact list? Did you check?
If for some reason they disappeared from the list, they can't be shown, of course.

What happens if you add a new one immediately below Karen, say "KarenX"?

All of my contacts appear under contacts. I can't access beyond Karen via To, Cc, or Bcc.

Just a WAG.

Maybe there's something special with the one directly beneath Karen. What happens if you delete that?
