We all know how important is customer care in our daily life. For enquiry or complain the easiest and the fastest method customer find is dropping a mail to customer support/BPO/KPO. Well we all know it is very easy to drop a mail but what happens to our millions of mails at Customer support office. How they manage those mails and give response instantly and precisely to our complain. What happens that each customer id is distributed very precisely taking customer problem as their priority?
