How can you undo a taskkill?

Hi

I would need to undo a taskkill i did in windows 8.1

I wanted to remove “activate windows" to open

I followed a video and it doesnt work but it blocks other things

How can i undo what i did to remove it ?

I used notepad and aved the file to .bat after i wrote :

@echo off

taskill/F/IM explorer.exe

Explorer.exe

Exit

If it's just task kill.

A reboot would bring it back.
