how can you merge a USB and SD card? (if it's possible)

I have a 16 GB USB Drive, and a 2 gb sd card, i want to take out 2 gb from my 16 gb usb and merge it into my sd card so i have more space, can you do that and how if you can?

should assign a drive letter. The you use file explorer and highlight the files and select copy then paste to the new folder. Once the copied you can delete from the old location.
