You can't do it yourself. Only the domain registrar can. So you, as the owner, ask them to do it.

You can transfer your domain if you have access in your domain,
login into your domain control panel
unlock the domain
find the authorisation code or EPP code
request a transfer from domain registration service provider so they will ask for auth or EPP code.
finally an email will goes to domain registered email account for the conformation.
click on approval link in that mail to transfer
it will take 5 to 7 days to complete transfer a domain name from one provider to other.

The concept to have multiple websites on a single instance is called Virtual Server. Virtual server configuration is defined within web server configuration and based on server/IP address, a request is getting forwarded to respective Document Root.
