how can I watch Flash Player videos with Ipad?

I know that the Ipad does not run Adobe Flash Player. I understand Apple negative position about this "competitor" but the reality shows in our world most of the Webs use Adobe Flash Player in their pages. I was looking for the Apple Store in Millenia Mall, I went to Millenia Web Page and I could not open the Apple Store Map !!! They use Adoble Flash Player to show the map. How can We, the Ipad users watch flash players files? Maybe I must switch to another hardware (table)
