How can I unlock my phone, it has a Device is Locked message

I have a Curve 9300 and yesterday it hay a error507 reload software message, which I did today, and it's back on, but the has a "device is locked" message but gives me 'unlock','emergency', and 'cancel' but it doesn't give me the chance to put my password in

My friends in the service industry use some boxes from CelleBrite to fix such things. Given the cost of the phone I doubt you will buy this tool.

I think you have to reinstall your os on your device. and this should be done only by an authentic person such as your device customer care.
