Question

How can I undo a Microsoft Media update?

May 21, 2012 6:01AM PDT

I recently did a Microsoft Media update. I then downloaded pictures from my camera and tried to email them. I got a message saying authorization was denied. I think the update is my problem and would like to have things the way they were before the update.

- What is Microsoft Media?
- What update exactly?
- Why do you think Microsoft Media (whatever it is) is involved with sending attachments with an e-mail
- What e-mail program do you use to send the mail with the attachment?
- What was the exact message?

Before anyone can help you, you should post what you mean with Microsoft Media. Do you mean Media Player?
And, if it is the update, i'd try to install an older version and delete the current version. But it's possible you don't have acces because of administrator rights. Are there multiple accounts on the computer?
And try to post the full error message, that'll help me to understand it.
