How can I translate a software?

Hi, I have a software that is in Chinese and I was wandering is there a software out that well translate the software to English?
I'm doing bissnues with them and there software is not yet English, thats why I wanted to know if theres a software to translate the Chinese software to English. Thanks

ask the maker of the software if he has an English version. If not, how much it costs to make it for you.
