My ways.

Connect the usb cable, wait for the prompt for the galaxy to be a drive and then fish out my files with the PC.
Another way. Install either dropbox or GDRIVE (see google) and then put the pictures there for pick up with my PC.

I'm sure there are even more ways than this. Why not go with the way you like?

I use Dropbox to automatically upload photos as they are taken with my GS3. They are then available to me on any other computer. You can also use Kies Air downloadable from Samsung over WiFi.

you can do it buy connecting your mobile and pc through the data cable. Once you connect your mobile with your pc then there is one option arise which ask include maas storage option. Then simply click on that option and ur mobile device is connected to your pc. By doing this you can simply access all your mobile data and easily transfer all the pictures from your mobile to your pc.
