How can I transfer my "autosaved" email addresses in Outlook

I want to transfer my "autosaved" email address in MS Outlook 2007 from one PC to another. How do I go about doing this?

Googling this topic I saw a response for MS Outlook 2003, but the response did not work for 2007.

Thanks for your help in this issue.
