You know, CNET doesn't offer Windows Live, so we can't help. Only Microsoft (the owner) can. If circumstances are such that they don't, you either try to convince them, or make a new account and use that.

I have gone through the security question process and i know my answer is right because i've only worked at one place but it says its wrong. i've tried with case sensitivity too. i have also did the customer support questionnaire thing and i never use that email so i couldn't answer half the questions and you guys emailed me back saying you couldn't identify me being the real owner. i just want to reset my password so i can play xbox live. that is my whole problem here. xbox needs me to sign in to get the live update and i can't play now. so please help me!!! i'm a gamer that can't game... ![]()
