How can I put 2 movies on 1 dvd with a menu

Jun 28, 2010 12:20AM PDT

I have Vista Ultimate. Been recording via Windows Media Center with TV tuner some old classic B-movies (52-57 minutes).
Edited with Windows Movie Maker, final footage is now ready. How do I create a menu that will allow me to select which movie? All this needs to be in the story board.
Using Windows DVD Maker to burn the DVD.

Multiple movies on a single (or dual) disc

I agree with Bob, searching is good. This search has landed you a few hits.
I have found Pinnacle (http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/us/Home/) to be one of the better movie producing programs & their support is most awesome.
Additionally Broderbund produces one as well & comes in a suite or stand alone, but Broderbund isn't on the top of my friendly list.
Finally, even if I render with pinnacle, I often burn & compress with NeXt copy (http://www.dvdnextcopy.com). Their program will allow you to compress the videos & you don't notice any loss of quality. Plus, you can burn "10" movies to a Blu-Ray if you want. If you're looking to pack the movies in.
Just going from dual layer to single layer is awesome enough & viewing it in HD or computer is the same as if you didn't.
Keep in mind though, the quality of your DVD blanks are important. The cheaper ones don't last 100 years (maybe 10). So burn it to gold or RAM discs if you want to keep them forever.
Or. . .burn to a re-writable disc. The price is in the middle (sort of), between cheap & archive. Re-writeable discs tend to have less errors, as they are made to be written to "1000" times. You can find more info on the discs all over. I use http://www.supermediastore.com they have info too.
Have fun.
