What videos?

If you are downloading copyrighted films or music videos then this discussion stops here. That is Piracy.

Just a couple of things though;

Why ask here in the Forum Feedback forum? It is for forum feedback.

Yo have asked previously in the Windows XP forum about increasing your internet speed;
http://forums.cnet.com/5208-6142_102-0.html?forumID=5&threadID=291753&messageID=2753221&tag=mcnt#2753221

What advice did you get there?

Finally, whatever you download through Limewire, or any other P2P software, is at your own risk. Besides the normal malicious viruses/trojans distributed through P2P files by malware writers, many film companies now seed such P2P and bitTorrent servers with infected video files to discourage illegal downloading.

To increase your speed

turn off all firewalls and virus protection. This will definately speed up Limewire.

Remember to post back about your infected computer, since Limewire is full of viruses and spyware. I also forgot to tell you, if using Limewire using a wireless router, you'll soon have trouble connecting.

Good Luck,

Rick
