How can I hook my cell phone into my home land-line?

May 19, 2005 5:15AM PDT

I have been trying to find a way to hook my cell phone into my home land-line when I am there. I found a bunch of articles written back in 2002 about a product called VoxLink, made by a company called Vox2. Of course it only works with a few select ancient cell phones. There has to be a new product out there that works with today's cell phones......Samsung to be specific for my case. Does anyone know of any companies making a "base unit" like the Vox model, or, why they aren't making them anymore? Seems like this would be a great way for cell company's to sell some more minutes! Thanks for any help!!

Which carrier do you use? Cingular has a device called Fast Forward which works with several handsets.
