I'm there and on a 960m so while I'm on another GPU and OS I let the Nvidia Experience optimize the games. So far so good but let's dive into a gaming issue.

Almost all games will drop frame rate when the scene is complex. This is the nature of the beast and NOT A BUG!

Also, MAX settings should require a much better card. This again is not a bug.

I think the industry upsets a lot of folk.

There's a new idea being kicked around and it's a great one. The first I saw it was Dynamic Shadows. This turns that off when the frame rate falls. Result? A lot smoother play as shadows are hard to miss when there is a lot of action in the scene.

Get the latest driver for your video card.

Run a pass of disk cleanup.

Run a pass of ccleaner.

Use ccleaner and look at your startup group.
Anything that's not needed to load at startup take it out.

Take a look at your free disk space.
If space is getting tight it might be time to uninstall some products or do a little archiving.

Be malware free.

The only thing that makes sense in your post is 'I did'.
Everything else is cryptic.

What did you do or not do?

What does ram mean?
Did you look at the startup group?
Did you look at free disk space?

Stop being so cryptic I can't see your machine.

I can't guess why they jumped in here. I see a lot of their posts and may be well meaning but can be confusing.
