How can I get standard games for Windows 7 Pro?

by coneflower42 / February 4, 2014 9:13 AM PST

I have a brand new Toshiba Laptop which came with Windows 7 Professional, Service pack 1. It has no games on it and I've been having trouble finding any to download from safe sources. All I want is a few solitaire games and maybe Bejeweled. Nothing fancy needed. The games that come with Windows 7 Home would be perfect. I cannot just copy them from my husbands laptop to mine.

Thank you for any help.

You just need to go to the Control Panel's Programs and Features applet and enable them.

Yes! I found it. Thank you so much. I did have to go to a separate link that was on that page but it worked fine after that. Thank you!!!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
